Important information you should read and understand before purchasing digital assets through AURELIA.

Digital assets are not a deposit
Cryptocurrency is not legal tender and is not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Securities Investor Protection Corporation or any government scheme. AURELIA is not a bank. The digital assets you purchase are delivered to a wallet you control and are not held, safeguarded or recoverable by AURELIA or FlowMoney LLC.
You can lose everything
The value of digital assets is highly volatile and can move sharply and without warning. Prices can fall to zero. You may lose the entire value of any purchase, and no one, including AURELIA and Stripe, is obliged to compensate you for market losses.
You are responsible for your wallet
Once digital assets are delivered on-chain, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed or recalled. If you enter the wrong address, use an address on the wrong network, or lose access to the wallet, the assets may be permanently unrecoverable. AURELIA cannot recover assets sent to an address it does not control.
Network and delivery risks
Blockchain networks can be congested, reorganised or temporarily unavailable. Network fees vary with demand and are included in your live quote. Delivery confirmation depends on the destination network, and AURELIA reports only the status Stripe reports, together with the on-chain transaction identifier.
Regulatory and tax risk
The regulatory treatment of digital assets varies by jurisdiction and can change, including after you have purchased. You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from your purchases and any later disposal of those assets. AURELIA does not provide investment, tax, accounting or legal advice.
Price, spread and fees
The price you pay is the price quoted by Stripe at the time of your session, and it includes the network fee and transaction fee itemised before you are handed to Stripe. A quote can expire; a new quote will be produced if you restart the session. Buying at a quoted price does not guarantee a profit at any later time.
Not suitable for everyone
Purchasing digital assets is not suitable for everyone. Only purchase with money you can afford to lose entirely, and consider seeking independent professional advice first. If you do not fully understand these risks, do not purchase.
