How FlowMoney LLC collects, uses and protects personal information when you use AURELIA.
Last updated 24 October 2026
Who is responsible for your information
AURELIA is operated by FlowMoney LLC. FlowMoney LLC is the controller of the account information you provide to AURELIA. Stripe acts as merchant of record for every cryptocurrency purchase and independently controls the payment and identity information it collects.
Information AURELIA collects
AURELIA deliberately keeps collection to a minimum. We ask for what is needed to run your account and nothing more.
- Account details: your email address, and your name if your sign-in provider supplies it.
- Wallet details: public blockchain addresses you choose to save, the network they belong to, and a label you set. We never ask for, and cannot use, a private key or recovery phrase.
- Purchase records: the asset, network, amount, fees, session status and on-chain transaction identifier for purchases you start through AURELIA.
- Support messages you send us, and basic technical information required to keep the service secure.
What AURELIA does not collect
AURELIA does not collect or store your card number, bank credentials, government identification documents or biometric data. Those are collected and held by Stripe as part of its identity verification and payment processing. AURELIA does not request your phone number and does not operate SMS verification.
How we use your information
We use your information to create and secure your account, to show your purchase history and saved wallets, to start Stripe Crypto Onramp sessions on your instruction, to confirm blockchain delivery, to answer support requests, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary with Stripe to create and complete your purchase, and with service providers who host and secure AURELIA. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to prevent fraud or abuse.
Retention and your choices
Purchase records are retained as long as required for tax, accounting and regulatory purposes. You may remove a saved wallet at any time from My Wallet; removing a wallet does not delete the purchase records associated with it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting support.
Security and international transfers
Access to your purchases and wallets is restricted to your signed-in account. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on the contractual safeguards required by applicable law. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password and keep your wallet credentials private and offline.
